Meh

Weightloss is going slowly.

The February blahs have set in.

So far so good on keeping the caffeine consumption down, though I did have a diet soda yesterday while I was in my drawing class after work. Was just so. tired.

Meh.

February is a gloomy month - seems colder and rainier.

Good luck in reaching your goals this week. I too, drank a lot of coffee and weaned my self off of caffeine in December. I still like decaf though.

HOpe you get to your yoga class.

I'm sorry I haven't been around to keep our momentum going, I am going bananas right now with my schedule and wish I had time to be online.
Perhaps try a different goal if the previous mini challenge is not intriguing you enough now? Just a thought. Have you made it to yoga? That will help the blahs for sure (at least it does for me.)
Hang in there, you can do this and the Feb. blahs can go fly a kite.

Even with the blahs you are chipping away at things. :) Keeping the caffeine to a minimum has got to be helping!!
