Two to Go

157 this morning. That's two to go to reach my original goal by the end of the month. I was feeling really off track the end of last week and over the weekend, but seems that it wasn't too bad after all and might have even helped to shake things up a little bit.

Kim,

It is good old fashioned calorie counting/measuring. I use sparkpeople to track.

I never had much luck with Weight Watchers. Whatever level the points add up to that they use seemed to just put me constantly on a weeks-long plateau.

I am just blown away by how awesome you are doing and will surely continue to do. You are an inspiration for me and I'm looking forward to reading about 155 and beyond. I'm back in gear myself and will actually be posting again instead of flitting about, at least that is the plan. Rock.
