I bought a dress tonight that is a size 8.
I can't remember the last time I bought something that was a size 8. It's been years. And years and years.
It made me happy, but it also made me scared. I am terrified that I am going to gain all the weight back.

An 8? Wow! I can't remember what an 8 feels like!
I think you are doing a fantastic job and as long as you continue to monitor yourself, you won't gain the weight back. And on the off chance that you do gain some back, you've already proven that you can lose it, so you will be able to lose it again. You are awesome and you deserve to celebrate that 8!! Don't be afraid of it, just go with it and enjoy your smokin body!! You rock =)
Hip Hip Hooray! All your hard work has paid off! Wowwee wow wow!
Though I did gain back 15 pounds of the 30 I lost - THAT DOESN'T MEAN YOU WILL.
2007 was emotionally draining on me, my little sister calling me all the time to listen while she was going through a divorce and it just brought back painful memories. And to numb them out I slowly begin to snack too much.
Enjoy that 8 that you so well deserve!
WOOOOHOOOO!! I have never been a size 8 in my life. Congratulations!!
As for the fear of gaining the weight back, I don't know what advice to offer because I have the same fear - ALL OF THE TIME. I'm terrified that as soon as my focus isn't on losing, that I will gain. :(
Congratulations on all of your hard work!!
I tried on a size 8 dress in my closet last night. It zipped but it was very tight. Congratulations! Well done. I might be able to wear my size 8 dressed myself in a month or so comfortably. Wow!
